NASPA Award: Dr. Susan R. Komives Research Award
Student Leadership Programs Knowledge Community is soliciting applications/nominations for the Dr. Susan R. Komives Research Award through November 30, 2012. Recipients will be recognized at the national convention in Orlando, FL.
The purpose of this award is to support the creation of new knowledge focusing on the area of student leadership programs in higher education. This award is intended to support professional, doctoral, and masters-level scholarly research. The recipient will submit an article about their research to the SLP-KC newsletter in order to disseminate their findings to the KC membership and beyond. Recipients must be members of NASPA, and past recipients of this award are ineligible.
SLP-KC Annual Awards Nomination Process
- Name of colleague or program being nominated, including their institution and contact information (programs should have a contact person listed).
- Name, title, email, phone number, and address of the nominator as well as those providing letters of support.
- A minimum of two letters of support stating why this person/program should receive the award.
Nominations will be accepted until Friday, November 30th. Please submit nominations to email@example.com.
