Ken Frank writes in book on social networks & school reform

Professor Ken Frank of the Measurement & Quantitative Methods program has co-authored two chapters in a new volume about the role of relational ties among teachers and educational leaders. Social Network Theory and Educational Change is edited by Alan J. Daly and published by Harvard Education Press. Frank studies schools as organizations, social networks and how teachers influence one another in ways that affect decision-making and classroom practices. His chapter co-authors include MSU Ph.D. candidate Chong Min Kim and Dale Belman, a professor in the MSU School of Labor and Industrial Relations.
