Confucius Institute to hold Chinese camps

The Confucius Institute at Michigan State University (CI-MSU) is holding a non-profit Chinese Language and Culture Camp for K-12 students this summer.

The program includes camps at three different levels: Kindergarten through grade 5, 6th grade through 8th grade, and 9th grade through 12th grade. The camps feature engaging Chinese language and culture activities through arts, literature and hands-on projects, creating a wonderful and meaningful summer experience for children. The camps are held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily.

Three sessions will be offered:

  • Week 1: July 9-12
  • Week 2: July 16-19
  • Week 3: July 23-26

Pricing:

  • One session: $60
  • Two sessions: $100
  • Three sessions: $130

Locations:

  • K-5 camps are held at Post Oak Elementary
  • Grade 6-8 and 9-12 camps are held in Erickson Hall at MSU

The registration deadline is July 1. Register before June 18 to select size of your free camp T-shirt.
