Seppo Hölttä is Professor of Higher Education Administration and Finance at the University of Tampere, Finland. His disciplinary background is economics and his research focuses on higher education administration and finance. He is currently chair of the Higher Education Group (HEG), a multi-institutional think tank based at the University of Tampere. The Center for Higher and Adult Education will host Dr. Hölttä from February 27 to March 2. He is available for individual consultation during that week. On Tuesday, February 28, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., in Erickson Hall Room 133F, Dr. Hölttä will host a brown bag luncheon on Internationalization of HE Administration Programs – Experiences of the University of Tampere, dealing with issues of internationalization from a European perspective.
