Master of Arts in Education: Virtual Open House

January 24, 2022

MSU’s Master of Arts in Education (MAED) is celebrating its 20-year anniversary this year. The MAED was the university’s first online master’s program and has had more than 1,000 graduates since it was founded in 2001.

This master’s program is designed for all educators who want to enhance their professional practice through online study of advanced knowledge related to teaching, learning, and leadership. The program is relevant to both P-12 schools and postsecondary careers, including classroom teachers, school administrators, coaches, adult educators, and community leaders. The online format provides optimum flexibility for students who wish to engage in inquiry and learning that will contribute to exemplary educational practice.

Dr. Stephanie Jennings invites College of Education students interested in learning more about the program to join the MAED Virtual Open House on Jan. 26 at 4 p.m. Registration via Zoom is required.

This event is part of a series featuring the College of Education’s online master’s programs. Find more information on the college’s Calendar of Events.
