ACE Leadership Schools is an international network of K-12 schools headquartered in Houston, TX, and Johannesburg, South Africa with campuses in Cameroon, Burkina Faso, and South Africa. This organization offers an international teaching opportunity for MSU students with the ACE Foundation Teach for Africa Volunteer Program.
According to ACE Leadership Schools, A Teach for Africa volunteer is a young university graduate who wishes to give one or two years of his/her life to travel to and teach in Africa. The Volunteer will get an experience that will enrich his/her life and uplift his/her resume. The receiving school in Africa will provide housing and a stipend to cover living expenses. The love for Africa and African people should be the greatest motivating factor for the Volunteer.
