Camp SkyWild is a summer camp for autistic children and their siblings. Camp SkyWild provides traditional overnight summer camp experiences for kids in an inclusive and supportive environment.
The magic of summer camp is made possible by the adults who volunteer their time as camp staff. Our counselors come to us from many different avenues of interest in neurodiversity: teachers, disability advocates, behavior therapists, therapeutic recreation specialists, OTs, professional camp directors, and so much more! No specific experience or background is required. We provide extensive training for all staff prior to camper arrival, and firmly believe that the skills learned at camp are beneficial for all future career paths.
