Learn Mindfulness & Meditation

MSU students are invited to participate in a free 4-week Koru mindfulness and meditation class and a 4-hour Koru retreat. Koru Basic Mindfulness and Meditation starts on 9/21/22, and the 4-hour Koru retreats will be held on 10/29/22 and 12/3/22.  These classes are helpful in building resilience and managing stress.
