April 2024 College Doctoral Hooding Ceremony

The Spring 2024 MSU College of Education hooding ceremony in the Erickson Hall Kiva, is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024. There will be two ceremonies:

• 10 a.m. for EAD and KIN doctoral candidates
• 1 p.m. for CEPSE, PRIME, and TE doctoral candidates

We are very excited to celebrate in person with our doctoral graduates and your their ones.

Event Information
Graduates who have registered to participate and hooding faculty are asked to arrive at the Erickson Hall staging area in the hallway by Erickson Hall 133D/E 15 minutes before their ceremony begins.

Guest Information
Graduates are welcome to invite up to eight guests to the Erickson Kiva ceremony, including children.

• For the 10 a.m. event, doors to the Kiva will open at 9:30 a.m. and we ask that guests arrive before 9:55 a.m.
• For the 1:00 p.m. event, doors to the Kiva will open at 12:30 p.m. and we ask that guests arrive before 12:55 p.m.

There will be an overflow/quiet room in 133F Erickson Hall that will have a livestream of the event.
