Learning Community- Tending the Path Foward after Full Professor: Career Paths of Women Professors
The years after attainment of full professorship offer opportunities for directed career advancement and the consideration of formal and informal leadership engagement. Leadership Learning Community members will examine their personal career and leadership goals and discuss strategies for achievement. We will engage scholarship and expertise on career development, peer mentoring, and women’s leadership to guide our discussions, as well as personal and professional development.
You do not need to have attended last year’s Leadership Learning Community to participate. Attendance at all meetings is not necessary.
