CED Supervisor Training Sessions – Financial Responsibility

During this session, supervisors will gain insight into fiscal matters that impact the unit’s finances. Topics include budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. These topics should be part of ongoing discussions with the fiscal officer. This session will help equip supervisors with a broad knowledge of the topics to help them become thought partners in those conversations.
