“Turning the Page: Assessing the Impacts of Open Educational Resources on Community College Student Outcomes”
Stacey Brockman’s work aims to advance equitable access to postsecondary education. She conducts partner-engaged research with school leaders and policymakers, informing the implementation of educational programs and policies.
Brockman studies the assets and constraints that shape students’ college and career readiness and pathways. With a focus on reducing inequities in postsecondary education access, persistence and success, she uses quantitative methods to identify the causal impacts of interventions and supplements them with qualitative analyses of students’ experiences. In this seminar, Brockman will detail her evaluation of open educational resources.
