EAD honors the distinguished career for Dr. James Fairweather

The symposium kicks off at 12:30pm and will feature discussions on:
- faculty productivity & the academic labor market
- undergraduate reform & STEM education
- access for students with special needs, and
- the role of higher education in society
Invited scholars from MSU and beyond will offer a set of brief remarks that identify contemporary issues, challenges, and emerging areas of inquiry. These remarks will serve as a foundation for discussion with graduate students, faculty, alumni, and others from our community.
The afternoon concludes with a reception from 4:30-5:30pm.
