“Know More” Educator Workshop

With the recent release of the Know More Survey data, the Prevention, Outreach & Education Department invites all educators (faculty, staff, and graduate / professional students) to join a discussion regarding the current climate of Michigan State University and to learn trauma-informed techniques for the classroom. An educator-specific workshop will be held on December 13th in the Lake Huron room at the Union from 1-5pm with food and refreshments provided.
The workshop will include:
- An overview of the Know More Survey results;
- A facilitated discussion of the Know More Survey results;
- Instruction on techniques and trauma-informed systems for survivors in learning spaces, and;
- An opportunity to ask questions about resource and trauma-informed learning techniques to a panel of MSU service-providers.
