Listening Spaces: Trial in the Death of George Floyd
April 29, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm EDT
MSU CAPS recognizes the continued pandemic that is racial discrimination. We recognizeĀ that racial discrimination occurs on a frequent and ongoing basis, in a variety of ways,Ā for our MSU students. Many have been watching the trial of the police officer accused inĀ the death of George Floyd. These CAPS listening spaces are for students to process theirĀ feelings, thoughts and reactions related to the death of George Floyd, the trial, and ifĀ applicable, the verdict.
This is a series of four listening spaces, taking place April 22, 23, 26 and 29. To see details, including time and hosts for each session, visitĀ caps.msu.edu/events.
Each event has its own registration link. If you’d like to attend more than one, be sure to register for them individually.
