CED Supervisor Training Sessions – MSU HR – Performance Management

Performance Excellence is a performance management process lasting throughout the year. It is designed to meet the needs of individuals and the university. Every staff member contributes to the overall success of MSU’s educational, research and outreach missions. All staff members, no matter how skilled, need to keep learning. Both supervisors and employees have a responsibility to participate and engage with this process. Topics that will be covered include the Performance Excellence Process, Performance Planning, Position descriptions, Coaching and Feedback.
