Physical Fitness & Blood Glucose Influence Performance in IndyCar Racing

Dr. David Ferguson is an assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Michigan State University. In this webinar, he will discuss his research on the safety and human performance of race car drivers and pit crews. He has worked with IMSA, NASCAR, Indycar and Formula 1 teams to develop training and safety protocols to increase performance.
