Strategies for Publishing Community-Engaged Scholarship

Do you have a great service-learning, outreach teaching, or community engagement project, but are not sure how to write it up for a peer-reviewed publication? Would you like to get more than one publication out of your community-engagement projects? Are you familiar with disciplinary journals and interested in branching out into interdisciplinary ones but not sure where to start?
