Urban Immersion Fellowship Program Info Session

You are invited to participate in a program created by Michigan State University’s College of Education designed to develop highly effective urban educators and leaders.
The Urban Immersion Fellowship is an excellent paid opportunity, offered on a competitive basis, which includes:
- Seven-week summer fellowship opportunity in the city of Detroit, Michigan
- Work with Detroit Schools Summer School Programming or Detroit-based non-profit community entity serving children, youth, and families
- In-depth exposure to the city of Detroit and community resources
- Total stipend payment of $3,500 for fellowship completion
- Lodging, board, and transportation costs incurred by individual fellow (housing options can be provided)
