Youth Protection Workshop
March 19, 2020 @ 8:30 am - 3:30 pm EDT
MSU strives to offer a safe and enjoyable educational environment for all minors attending its programs. In support of that goal, the 2020 Youth Protection Workshop will feature discussions, activities and presentations with campus experts on topics related to bullying and cyberbullying in university youth programs and activities. NOTE: This event is not intended to provide an introduction to the Operational Requirements for Conducting University Youth Programs. To receive that information, please look out for the “Orientation for New MSU Youth Program Directors and Coordinators” event.
INTENDED AUDIENCE
Although this program is designed primarily for MSU Youth Program Directors and Coordinators, individuals who supervise MSU Youth Program Directors and those who plan to serve as Program Directors in the future are welcome to attend.
REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE
Participants will be presented with the option to register to attend the entire workshop, the morning session or the afternoon session. Also, a Zoom connection will be offered for those who wish to attend remotely.
Additional information, including an agenda and a link to register for the workshop, will be announced in February.
