Interested in serving the Lansing community by helping high schoolers determine their post graduate plans? Think about taking a “gap year” to work with the MSU College Advising Corps.

The MSU College Advising Corps is currently accepting applications for an immediate opening at Holt High School in the Lansing area. The CAC is seeking applications from December 2016-December 2017 graduates.

Michigan State University College Advising Corps (MSUCAC), in close partnership with the national College Advising Corps (CAC) and the Michigan College Access Network (MCAN), is seeking to help more Michigan students pursue post-secondary education. Advisers will commit to a term of service that spans January 2018 through June of 2019. Advisers must successfully complete requirements listed in the member agreement to receive post service benefits. To be fully enmeshed in the fabric of the local communities, Advisers are expected to live in the community in which they are assigned.
