Nicholas D. Myers' research program is situated at intersections of latent variable modeling and psychosocial aspects of sport and physical activity. His three primary lines of research are (1) behavioral interventions that promote physical activity and/or well-being; (2) measurement of physical activity, self-efficacy beliefs, and well-being; and (3) latent variable modeling in kinesiology. Myers also has an appointment in the Measurement and Quantitative Methods program within the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology and Special Education.
