Sensitive Data
Sensitive data, such as that which is controlled by federal or state law, must be held to certain standards to ensure its confidentiality. It is the responsibility of the faculty or staff member in possession of the device which contains sensitive or confidential data to ensure that the given standards are met.

- The college’s IT staff will be offering a training session on sensitive data management twice per year. All College support staff are required to attend this training once every three years. You will learn about:

- The practices to minimize potential unexpected disclosure
- Your responsibilities of safe keeping confidential data

Office 365
Microsoft 365 is a technical portfolio. Features of 365 will be gradually implemented and available to our college.
- 365 features include:
- Office 2016 license for work and home computers
- Spartan drive with 1 TB storage space
- 25 GB E-mail storage which can be accessed from multiple devices
- Share Point portal for projects and teams to collaborate
- Skype to communicate

Outlook (e-mail)
The purpose of this Microsoft Outlook training session is to expand understanding of Outlook and promote more effective use of its features. For both MAC and PC users, this session will help you expand your understanding of using Outlook. Topics covered include:
- Quickly reschedule a meeting for 6 people without making a phone call
- Attach agenda’s in meeting invitations so you don’t need to mail them out to participants
- Filter messages to automatically go to specific folders
- Search efficiently and effectively for a specific e-mail
