The Confucius Institute at Michigan State University is hosting a free Open House Event from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2019. It’s here on campus in the Erickson Hall Kiva. This event is designed for middle and high school students interested in learning about Chinese language and culture. Participate in games and activities, receive free food and gifts and learn about enrolling in online Chinese courses offered by the Confucius Institute. 2019 Open House Flyer

Graduates listen during a convocation ceremony

The College of Education Convocation (hooding ceremony) for eligible candidates will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 in the Erickson Hall KIVA. There will be two ceremonies at 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Each ceremony offers a reception with light refreshments 45 minutes prior to the start of Convocation.
