CREATE Science Speaker Series: Xiufeng Liu

Dr. Xiufeng Liu, Professor of Learning and Instruction in the Graduate School of Education, University at Buffalo, will be giving a talk titled “Making Formative Assessment Formal: Opportunity and Challenges.”

Dr. Liu conducts research in closely related areas of technology-enhanced science assessment, applications of Rasch measurement in science education, and student learning of crosscutting concepts of matter and energy.
