Water Moves MSU Reception

Michigan State University’s Cultural Engagement Council (CEC), the organizing body behind the Year of Arts and Culture and The China Year, kicks off an exploration of water and the role MSU plays as steward. Looking at ways in which Water Moves Us, the CEC bridges science, art, culture and community in order to help shape a more holistic tomorrow for the Great Lakes and beyond. The evening will include a look at the Broad MSU’s exhibition, Drowning World, by photographer Gideon Mendel, highlighting the complex relationship between people and water.
