Master’s in Athletic Training

M.S. Program in Athletic Training

The Master of Science degree in Athletic Training helps students acquire knowledge and hands-on skills in emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic rehabilitation, medical conditions and evidence-based research.

The professional Athletic Training program will prepare students to sit for the Board of Certification Exam and work in secondary schools, colleges and universities, professional sports teams, sports medicine clinics, military, performing arts, industrial settings and other healthcare environments.

High-Quality, Hands-On Training

The Athletic Training program provides students with personalized, high-quality experiential learning opportunities in a growing health care field. The Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) accredited, cohort-driven, full-time, entry-level professional program exposes students to foundational and advanced clinical reasoning, state-of-the-art health care equipment and patient-oriented research.
