General Information on Assistantships

Graduate assistantships are available in the college for both new and continuing students, as well as international students. Assistantships range from:

• Teaching college courses
• Working as a field instructor with intern teachers
• Assisting faculty with research projects
• Providing other services to the college or university

Graduate assistantships usually vary from one-quarter time to one-half time. Stipends depend on percentage of time and level of assistantship.
