Historic College of Education Alumni Association Awards
The College of Education Alumni Association board in the past has recognized alumni in the following areas: Outstanding Alumni K-12 Administrator, Outstanding Alumni K-12 Teacher and Distinguished Alumni of the Year. The following alumni recognitions were awarded from 1976 to 2011.
Outstanding Alumni K-12 Administrator Award
This award was presented to alumni serving as administrators at any level within any school system who have made outstanding and continuing contributions to the educational community.
Outstanding Alumni K-12 Teacher Award
This award was presented to alumni serving as teachers in any school system, who demonstrated evidence of service and achievement above and beyond.
Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award
This award was presented to alumni who made significant contributions to their profession, community and educational organizations through recognized leadership.
