Help Support the Future

Our alumni and friends are an important component of what makes the Michigan State University College of Education as extraordinary as it is today. They advance the good in uncommon ways by transforming classrooms worldwide and using technology to assess the brain and body connection.

Throughout your time as a student in the College of Education, scholarships, programs, lessons, events and opportunities helped you become prepared for your chosen profession. Now as alumni, you can help this legacy continue for the next generation of Spartan alumni through your time, resources and dedication. Your loyalty to moving the community ever forward helps create and continue our renowned, collaborative culture of high achieving professionals.

Becoming Spartan Loyal

The College of Education aims to support and enrich the work of the students, alumni, faculty and staff who call it home. With your loyalty and assistance, advances can be made to improve the lives of Spartans for many generations to come.

In this spirit, we encourage you to become and remain Spartan Loyal by making a minimum contribution of $100 per year directly to the College of Education to support our students and our future endeavors. Not only will you make an incredible impact, but you can also receive added incentives, such as receiving our New Educator magazine and gaining access to many on-campus and other additional resources.

Donations such as these are crucial to the vitality of our student, faculty and alumni programs. Under a change to the MSU Alumni Association (MSUAA) membership program, the College of Education no longer receives funds generated from dues. Now, all alumni are considered part of the Alumni Family and will receive a basic level of services from MSUAA.

You can become Spartan Loyal in a number of ways, including:

  • Making a gift online
  • Responding to an appeal sent to you in the mail
  • Answering the phone and making a gift when our students call
  • Supporting a CrowdPower project
  • Contacting a development officer to discuss further options
