The Master of Arts in Learning Experience Design (MALXD) program is excited to offer a unique fellowship opportunity to our inaugural cohort of MALXD learners! The Learner Insight Fellowship recognizes the ways MALXD enacts elements of our programmatic promise:
- We care about you, your identities, and your contexts.
- We design learning experiences that are applicable to your professional practice.
- We iterate on our design to provide the highest-quality learning experience.
We are able to offer 25 admitted MALXD learners a $1,000 Learner Insight Fellowship.
Requirements:
- You must be an admitted MALXD learner who is starting the program in Fall 2024.
- You must remain enrolled in your Fall 2024 courses.
- The fellowship application must be filled out completely to be considered.
- As a fellowship recipient, you will be required to provide feedback about course and program experience one time per semester in your first academic year, via survey (3 times total). In some cases, we may ask for a focus group session.
Funding available: Each fellowship awarded will be $1,000.
When? Funds will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis for eligible learners. You will be notified if you are a recipient as soon as possible. The application window will close on July 1, 2024 or once 25 fellowships have been awarded (whichever happens first). Funds will officially be disbursed once the Fall 2024 semester has begun to confirm attendance in courses. Recipients can expect funds to be disbursed after September 22, 2024.
