What exactly is 21st Century Learning? Different people and groups seem to mean different things when they use that phrase. Some see 21st Century Learning as equivalent to integrating new Web 2.0 technologies into the curriculum, while others argue for an increased curricular emphasis on specific skills like creativity and innovation.

Grants and Other Funding
To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Vernier is offering $10,000 technology grants to 30 schools. The company is providing the 30 grants to ten elementary or middle schools, ten high schools, and ten college or university science departments. Each grantee will receive $10,000 worth of Vernier technology equipment of their choosing.
