Position: Leadership Development Consultant
Location: Center of Training and Education, Johns Hopkins University

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management and Organization Development (TMOD), the Development Consultant has primary responsibility for the assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation of leadership and faculty development, and learning and knowledge management initiatives that promote maximum effectiveness in the leaders, managers, faculty, and staff of the university.

The position’s key responsibility is to head the university’s leadership program, a key component of a strategic plan to provide a pipeline of future leaders for the Johns Hopkins University.

Job Requirements: A master’s degree, doctoral degree preferred, in learning and development, organization development, or a comparable field. Additional education can substitute for experience. Substantial experience (five years or longer) as a senior manager in a large organization.
