Get Fit with HALE

Whether you have a New Year’s Resolution to exercise more or not, staying healthy is an important part of graduate student life. Grad students can attend FREE group exercise classes provided by the Graduate Life & Wellness Office, and what better way to participate than with HALE instructors? Aliya Beavers (2nd year PhD) teaches Pilates for grad students on Tuesdays at 4:15pm at IM East. Bradley Custer (1st year PhD) teaches indoor cycling for grad students on Wednesdays at 6:30pm at IM West. Check out the group exercise schedules to see many more classes.
