The MSU College of Education is pleased to announce a photography exhibition and competition that focuses on the theme of Our Global Community. It is our goal to raise awareness of, showcase and celebrate our diverse Spartan global community. Select submissions will be on exhibit in the College of Education in Fall 2018.
We are interested in submissions that embody the global community in which our Spartans live, work and study. Images that showcase interconnections with our culturally diverse society, both domestic and international, are especially welcome. It is our hope that the images you submit will tell a complex story of the many ways in which Spartans are transforming and being transformed by the culturally rich contexts of their global community.
Each submission will have the opportunity to win one of three cash prizes. A panel of judges will select a first place and honorable mention in each category (undergraduate, graduate, and alumni). Prizes ($300 for first place and $100 for honorable mention) will be awarded at the exhibition in fall 2018, time and location to be determined. All participants will receive an invitation to the reception.
