The Editorial Board of the Journal of Student Affairs is pleased to announce that they are now collecting submissions for the 28th Edition of our publication. As one of the few graduate student-run academic journals in North America, they are committed to engaging a variety of authors and audiences through publication of the Journal. This year, they are inviting submissions on an assortment of topics within the field of higher education and student affairs, with a focus on emerging trends and current issues.
The 2018 submission deadline is September 4th, 2018 (11:59 MDT).
Literature reviews should not exceed 3,000 words (approximately 12 typed pages, double-spaced, including references, tables, and figures) and should not be fewer than 1,000 words (approximately four pages, double-spaced). Original research should be between 3,000 and 6,000 words. Any exceptions must be discussed with the editors at the time of submission. Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, Sixth Edition.
