The Journal of Comparative and International Higher Education (JCIHE) is the official journal of the Comparative and International Education Society’s (CIES) Higher Education Special Interest Group (HESIG).
JCIHE promotes scholarship opportunities, critical dialogue, and provides a link to engage professionals and academics to the international aspects of higher education.
JCIHE is soliciting Graduate Student Research-In-Progress to share new research that will help to set the tone for current and emerging issues in the field.
Articles should be 500 -1,000 words. Articles should include: a) what is being studied; b) how it is being studied (methods section); c) how the research contributes to comparative and international higher education; d) what the main takeaways of the research will be.
All articles will undergo a blind-review peer-editing process.
Submissions are accepted throughout the year with a deadline for the Winter 2019 issue of October 11, 2019.
