Position Available: Director of the Slutzker Center for International Services to Students, Syracuse University

William Spelman Executive Search is pleased to announce our partnership with Syracuse University as we begin our search for a Director of the Slutzker Center for International Services to Students. 

Syracuse University is a private research university of extraordinary academics, distinctive offerings and an undeniable spirit. With a gorgeous campus in the heart of New York State, a global footprint and a history that dates to 1870, SU embraces diverse backgrounds and viewpoints. 

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Student Engagement, the Director will lead best practices and initiatives for all undergraduate and graduate international students and exchange visitor scholars. They will provide oversight on resources for international students, exchange visitor scholars, and their dependents on issues related to immigration status, employment, and cultural, social and academic concerns. The Director will work collaboratively across the university to create a welcoming and supportive environment for international students and scholars, and will establish and maintain professional networks and relationships with strategic national and international organizations related to international education and diversity.
