The International Journal of Intercultural Relations‘s special issue will focus on understanding how the global rise in xenophobia and nationalism is shaping the development, well-being, and adjustment of adolescents and young adults with immigrant or refugee status. The scholarship must situate immigrant or refugee young people in the context of contemporary xenophobia and nationalism and address one or more of settings with which youth interact. Editors are welcoming diverse types of articles and methods and will consider epidemiological studies; intervention; policy analyses; theoretical articles; comparative and international studies; and quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods studies.
The due date for paper submissions is December 1, 2020.
