The Postdoctoral Researcher will work in UW-Madison’s Student Success Through Applied Research (SSTAR) Lab and closely with the university’s enrollment management professionals to evaluate the implementation and outcomes of various admissions review processes. The position requires prior experience leading research studies and expertise in college admissions and/or student financial aid. It also requires expertise in college access research and demonstrated commitments to social justice practices. This position will work closely with the lab’s director (Dr. Nicholas Hillman), enrollment management professionals, and SSTAR Lab staff members in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
