The GenCen is announcing Strategic Partnership Grants (SPGs) for FY 2022 – 2023Applications will be accepted from April 15, 2022 – May 15, 2022. Please note that other centers at ISP are also offering SPGs and the deadlines vary depending on the center. If you are considering a collaborative research project, the GenCen and other centers can facilitate it.

Featured OpportunityThe NEH is accepting applications for Humanities Initiatives to strengthen the teaching and study of the humanities at institutions of higher education by developing new humanities programs, resources (including those in digital format), or courses, or by enhancing existing ones. The deadline is May 09, 2022.

  1. Russell Sage Foundation research grants for core programs and special initiatives are now open. The deadline for LOI is May 4, 2022. More information can be found here.

USAID Advancing Food Fortification Opportunities to Reinforce Diets seeks to reduce micronutrient inadequacies safely and sustainably, and improve diets, particularly for women and children, through Large Scale Food Fortification (LSFF) of staple foods and condiments. The deadline is Apr 18, 2022.
  3. Together Women Rise has announced funding for projects fostering good health, education, and economic self-sufficiency in developing countries and must specifically address the varied issues, needs and geography of women and girls that address one or more of the UN SGDs. The deadline to submit a letter of intent is Apr 24, 2022
  4. U.S. Mission to Pakistan (Dept. of State) Supporting Gender Equity in Incubation Centers in Pakistan seeks proposals to empower entrepreneurial Pakistani women through women’s business incubators at an all-women’s university. The deadline Is Apr 25, 2022.
  5. U.S. Embassy Mozambique PAS Annual Program has announced small grants for several program areas including access to learning English language and women’s empowerment. The deadline is Jun 1, 2022.
  6. U.S. Mission in Uganda Public Affairs Annual Program has announced grants for projects that cover a wide range of topics including youth engagement and empowerment of young women. The deadline for this grant is May 30, 2022
  7. U.S. Embassy Djibouti – PAS Annual Program has been announced, inviting proposals for programs that strengthen ties between the U.S. and Djibouti through cultural engagement. The deadline is Jun 30, 2022.
