Position Available: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholar Postdoctoral Fellow, TCU

The College of Education at TCU is actively searching for two new positions to begin in Fall 2022. These positions include an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice (non-tenure track position) and a DEI postdoctoral fellowship (two-year appointment with the possibility of transitioning to a tenure-track role). Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholar Fellow (Search Chair: Dr. Taryn Ozuna Allen, Associate Professor)

The postdoctoral fellow’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Teach a 1:1 course load in higher educational leadership graduate courses potentially including postsecondary leadership, college student development, community college leadership, diversity and inclusion, organization and administration, and/or other program topics as needed. 
  • Establish a research record to support a pathway to a tenure-track position.     
  • Provide service to the college, university, professional associations, and discipline-related organizations and partners.
