James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA) is recruiting a cohort of 8 professionals in 4 functional areas within the Student Affairs division. The areas include: Student Life, the Center for Multicultural Student Services, the Dean of Students Office, and the University Career Center. Cohort members will be hired for roles within individual departments under the theme of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). These new staff will have a shared onboarding process to create community among them and synergy in how they each approach work on DEI initiatives within their departments and the university.
