Dear Friends of MSU Education Abroad,
I’m writing to ask for your urgent help in spreading news of an exciting opportunity to your personal networks. Due to an upcoming leave and a failed search that has resulted in a critical staffing time crunch, we have an immediate need for a temporary, approximately three-month American Semester Program & Inbound Exchange Coordinator. This could be an excellent opportunity for grad students, people who want to break into the international ed field, teachers who are off in the summer, people who have taken breaks but may want a summer gig or to dip their toes back into professional work/higher ed, etc.
The position was posted to the MSU HR site yesterday: MSU Careers Details – Professional Aide
We will begin reviewing applications as they come in. And, although the intended date range is June 1-August 31, we are very flexible on start and end dates. Importantly, the temp can be based anywhere in the US with up to 100% remote work. The intended pay is negotiable but I think it’s safe to call it good pay.
I’m happy to answer any questions you or anyone who is interested may have. Thanks in advance for your help and creative thinking on this one!
