My name is Jamie Storey, and I am a doctoral candidate in Central Michigan University’s Educational Leadership program. My research seeks to understand the relationship between planned future family, anticipated work-family conflict, demographic characteristics and women’s career and leadership aspirations within the field of higher education.
Criteria to participate:
- Identify as a woman
- Ages 26 or younger
- Have less than three years full-time work experience

This study has been approved by the Central Michigan University IRB. Participation in this study is voluntary, and participants can refuse to participate or withdraw from participation at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which they are otherwise entitled. There are no known risks for participating in this study, and there is a chance to win one of five $25 Amazon gift cards. There are no known benefits of this study. All information will be kept confidential.
